Harry Schoenberg was huge for the Crows in the SANFL on Saturday, although he couldn't do enough to get his side over the line in a two-point loss to Glenelg.

Schoenberg finished the day with 26 disposals, 11 tackles, eight inside 50s, seven clearances and two goals.

Lachie Gollant was Adelaide’s main focal point in attack, kicking four goals.

Out-of-favour mid Matt Crouch racked up his usual numbers with a team-high 30 disposals and eight clearances, while rookie Tyler Brown had 24 touches and six tackles.

Josh Worrell (22 disposals, eight rebound 50s), Jackson Hately (21 disposals, one goal) and Patrick Parnell (20, seven marks) were all busy. 

Luke Nankervis (18 disposals), Billy Dowling (16), Will Hamill (16) and Sam Berry (15) also had plenty of the ball.

Keiran Strachan dominated in the ruck with 47 hitouts, helped out by Elliott Himmelberg with 20 and a goal.

Rookie James Borlase was quieter with 11 disposals, while Mark Keane and Tariek Newchurch finished with six apiece.

Jaxon Binns was close to a round 12 senior debut and will be in consideration again after continuing to stand out at state level.

The 18-year-old racked up 34 disposals and nine marks in the Blues' three-point win against Frankston on Saturday.

Lachie Fogarty was also busy with 21 disposals and a team-high seven tackles, while David Cuningham also had 21 touches and seven clearances.

Lachie Plowman slotted a rare goal in his 17 disposals, as did young key forward Harry Lemmey (nine disposals, 14 hitouts) and Josh Honey (15 disposals).

Returning from injury, Jack Martin finished with 18 disposals - 16 of them handballs - veteran midfielder Ed Curnow had 16 touches and Caleb Marchbank found the ball 17 times.

Ruckman Hudson O'Keeffe had a dozen touches and 24 hitouts, while category B rookie Domanic Akuei was quiet with nine disposals.

Fin Macrae impressed on Sunday to put his hand up for a recall to the senior side in place of Jordan De Goey, who is facing a lengthy suspension.

Macrae had 25 touches, six marks and four clearances in Collingwood's 51-point win over the North Bullants to be the leading ball-winner for the Pies.

Trent Bianco (24 disposals), Trey Ruscoe (23) and Will Kelly (22) also had plenty of the ball, while Josh Carmichael and Jakob Ryan (both 19) were also heavily involved.

Ruckman Nathan Kreuger kicked three goals up forward while Reef McInnes bagged two, although it was Tom Wilson and Sam Glover (four goals each) who led the scoring.

Aiden Begg did some good things in the ruck with 13 hitouts, nine tackles and nine disposals.

First-round draftee Elijah Tsatas kicked a goal and had 17 disposals and six clearances in his first game in Bomber colours against North Melbourne on Sunday.

Having been sidelined due to a serious knee injury, No.5 Tsatas didn't look out of place in his VFL debut as he builds towards a first game at senior level.

Tex Wanganeen was strong in Essendon’s 11-point loss with two goals and 20 disposals as he searches for a way back into the senior side.

Ruckman Nick Bryan also impressed after being dropped, amassing 19 disposals, five clearances and 32 hitouts.

Nik Cox had 21 disposals as he builds in his return from injury, also taking nine marks, while Kaine Baldwin dominated in the air with 12 grabs along with 21 disposals.

Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti kicked two goals and applied plenty of pressure with seven tackles to go with 15 disposals, and fellow small forward Alwyn Davey jnr slotted one major from 11 touches.

First-year Bomber Lewis Hayes took a strong 10 grabs in his 18 disposals while former Crow Jake Kelly had plenty of it, finishing with 24 touches and 10 marks.

Rookies Patrick Voss (12 disposals, one goal, seven tackles), Anthony Munkara (13 disposals) and Cian McBride (12) got involved, along with Alastair Lord (10).

There were plenty of standout performances by senior-listed Suns in their big 64-point win over Port Melbourne on Saturday.

Mabior Chol got among the goals with four majors with fellow big man Sam Day kicking two from 16 disposals and nine marks.

Sam Flanders was Gold Coast's best, finishing with 31 touches, eight tackles, seven clearances and one goal.

Jeremy Sharp also kicked a goal to go with 26 disposals, while James Tsitas (27) and Charlie Constable (28) found plenty of the football.

Alex Sexton had his opportunities, kicking 2.3, Ned Moyle slotted one as well as dominating at the bounces with 32 hitouts, and Chris Burgess did the rest of the ruckwork and also kicked a goal.

Big Matt Flynn is keeping the pressure on for a senior ruck spot after kicking two goals from 14 disposals and 28 hitouts in the Giants' two-point after-the-siren loss to Richmond on Sunday.

Rookie key forward Wade Derkson also kicked two goals from 17 disposals, with medium forward Toby McMullin matching his stats with two majors, 17 touches as well as seven marks, with Max Gruzewski also kicking a pair of goals.

Cameron Fleeton was the biggest ballwinner in the game, finishing with 31 disposals and eight marks, while Harry Rowston was also impressive with 26 touches, eight marks and seven clearances.

James Peatling responded well in his return to state league level with 16 disposals, six marks and a goal, Jason Gilbee had 15 touches and seven marks and ruckman Nicholas Madden had 20 hitouts.

Looking for a senior debut at Hawthorn, former Cat Cooper Stephens impressed in Box Hill's 15-point loss to Williamstown on Saturday afternoon, kicking two goals to go with 24 disposals, seven clearances and seven tackles.

Harry Morrison had a pair of game-highs with 31 disposals and 12 marks, while key defender Denver Grainger-Barras was also strong in the air with 10 grabs on top of 21 touches.

Forward Josh Schache has done his chances of a return to the senior side no harm after a dominant performance in Casey's come-from-behind win over Southport on Saturday.

The 25-year-old kicked a last gasp goal - his fourth for the match - to push the Demons ahead before they held on for a thrilling one-point victory.

Schache's four-goal day out also included seven marks, four tackles, and five hitouts from 15 disposals.

Veteran Ben Cunnington keeps putting his hand up for a senior recall and was good again in North Melbourne’s 11-point VFL win on Sunday, grabbing 23 disposals, six clearances and laying seven tackles against Essendon.

Daniel Howe was the Roos' biggest ballwinner with 30 touches and a game-high nine clearances.

Paul Curtis (11 disposals) was the only AFL-listed multiple goalkicker with two and seven tackles, while Flynn Perez (23), Cooper Harvey (12), Charlie Lazzaro (25, seven tackles) and Kayne Turner (10) kicked one goal each.

Speedster Lachie Young was busy with 16 touches, as was defender Aidan Corr with 17.

Blake Drury (10 disposals, eight marks), Kallan Dawson (11 touches), Jackson Archer (five) and Jacob Edwards (five) were relatively quiet.

Just days after getting an AFL lifeline via the mid-season draft, former Cat Quinton Narkle wasted no time in making a big impression at his new club.

In his first game for Port Adelaide, Narkle finished with 29 disposals and seven tackles in a three-point loss to Woodville-West Torrens, while Trent Dumont led the way for the Power with 32 touches.

Dropped to the SANFL, Power skipper Tom Jonas finished with 17 disposals and five marks.

Francis Evans responded to his axing from the senior side with two goals from five scoring shots, while Jackson Mead had 18 touches after he was also left out of the senior team.

Orazio Fantasia had six tackles and nine disposals.

Jacob Bauer had a 21st birthday to remember on Sunday, kicking a goal after the siren to snatch a two-point win for Richmond's reserves against Greater Western Sydney.

With a shortage of key forward options in the senior side at the moment, the VFL game was an audition of sorts for the young Tigers.

The matchwinner was Bauer's only major for the day but he presented well with six marks and 12 disposals, while fellow young forward Kaelen Bradtke also kicked one goal.

However, it was Bigoa Nyuon who stood out, although he failed to seal the deal with poor finishing, ending the day with a wayward 2.7.

Tyler Sonsie had 22 disposals, while Sam Banks had 16 and kicked a goal. Steely Green was also amongst it down forward, kicking 2.3 from 13 touches.

Versatile big man Ben Miller had a dozen disposals as well as presenting in the ruck, and speedster Tom Brown had nine touches.

19-year-old Harry Barnett put on a strong showing, dominating in the ruck with 27 hitouts and also kicking two goals.

Small forward Tyrell Dewar kicked a goal from three disposals while midfielder Zane Trew was lively with 14 touches and three tackles.

Ruck-forward Jack Williams played mostly up forward where he had seven touches but also swung through the ruck at times.

Sam Darcy almost had a massive day as he returns from a break due to a hole in the lung, kicking 1.5, while Mitch Hannan's radar worked better, the former Demon kicking three goals.
