The teams for the Coates Talent League Boys quarter finals

Throughout last week's Wildcard Round and this week's quarter finals, teams will compete in two conferences. One conference featured metropolitan teams, while the other conference features country teams, along with the Tasmania Devils.

Teams have been ranked within their conference based on their ladder position at the end of the home and away season. Rankings also take into account last week’s Wildcard Round results. The rankings for each conference following Wildcard Round are:

Metro Conference: Eastern Ranges (#1), Sandringham Dragons (#2), Oakleigh Chargers (#3) and Calder Cannons (#4)
Country/Tasmania Conference: Gippsland Power (#1), Dandenong Stingrays (#2), GWV Rebels (#3), Geelong Falcons (#4)
