IT WAS a season to remember for star midfielder Clayton Oliver, capping off a superb 2021 by claiming his third Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Memorial Trophy as Melbourne's best and fairest player on Friday night.

In a stellar year, Oliver helped the Demons snap a 57-year premiership drought, won the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award, was awarded his second Therabody All-Australian jacket and finished third in the Brownlow Medal.
